The Guthrie Opportunity Center Foundation (GO Center) announces the rescheduling of its annual Bourbon & Bubbles Fundraiser, due to concerns stemming from the COVID-19 virus. Our community faces challenges that require all of us to pull together. We at the GO Center take our responsibilities seriously and have moved our premiere fundraising gala from April 18, 2020 to August 29, 2020 when we look forward to welcoming you with open arms at the Bourbon and Bubbles Gala on this new date. The event will be held at the Guthrie Opportunity Center, providing appetizers for guests while enjoying cocktails and bourbon tasting from local distilleries, a delicious dinner prepared by On-The-GO Foods chef, Scott Bruce, silent and live auctions, a wheel of chance, a raffle, and new this year, music by Big Black Cadillac.
For further information, please call 502-348-3989. If you would like to purchase additional tickets, you may do so on our website.

Thank you to all of our supporters. We appreciate each of you who help us carry on our mission of providing job training and employment opportunities to adults with disabilities in our community. This is a difficult time for our Participant Employees, as the Center has been closed by the Governor’s Executive Order and our concern for their health. Just as soon as it is safe, our Center and our events will reopen.
Meanwhile, we are able to continue work at Country Gardens by providing fresh produce and Spring plantings for your garden.
On The Go Foods is also serving the community in these challenging times by providing lunches and reheatable family meals which can be delivered or picked up curbside. Whether for individuals, families, shut-ins, manufacturing plant workers, —whatever the shift or essential offices on the front lines of fighting COVID 19— we are here for you as you have been for us.
