Meals from the Heart

Meals from the Heart offers food and outreach services designed to help members of the Nelson County Community live independently, safely, and with dignity. Our main goal is to reach out to homebound individuals and deliver nourishing meals. On-the-GO Foods collaborates with Meals from the Heart by preparing meals specifically for those who are shut-in or elderly.
